 Jennings Transmission Company Inc. Buyers Guide & Warranty

Jennings Transmissions warrants to the original purchaser that the parts and or unit will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 18 months / Unlimited Miles from the date of purchase, and will be limited to repair or replacement.

A Warranty of 36 months Unlimited Miles may also be purchased at the time of sale for an additional $200.00 USD.

This warranty will not apply if any part has been damaged or is defective as the result of an accident, misuse, improper installation, negligence, repair or alteration.

This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to, any implied warranty of merchant ability or fitness for a particular purpose. And in no event will Jennings Transmissions Inc. be liable for incidental, special or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, any labor cost.

  • 18 Months Unlimited Mileage Standard (Non-Commercial)

  • 12 Months Unlimited Mileage Commercial
  • Parts and Labor coverage for repairs and replacement in the continental United States
